Additional to the knee boots I also created a pair of half-boots for female characters. The high heels section is simply created by deleting the whole feet + part of the leg using the delete-group. The boots could also be used with the ballet tights or the tight jeans. A normal map is added. You may change the material of the zipper to a black metal shader in Blender.
