The default male nipple is distorted in two ways, the end of the nipple is stretched out into a very oblong elipse instead of being circular, and the base of the nipple is a much larger radius than the end. This target corrects the geometry, giving the nipple a basically cylindrical shape. However, the change in the base means the area covered by the base is significantly shrunk causing the surrounding area to be stretched.
