Visual Studio Compilation

I have just managed to compile makeHuman from the c source.
I can't seem to run it under "debug" in visual studio, but I can launch the code directly inside the debug folder with no problems.

Anyone know how I can launch it straight from debug in VS?

You need to set the working directory to the makehuman folder in the project's debugging settings.
