Make Clothes more help please

I was just exploring the Communities tab, and seen what user Elvaerwyn did, and I am astounded.
I want to start my own. collection
I am 14 and Gay, and have alot of free time, I wanna Makeclothes, but I Keep getting these Vertex things

That error message tells you exactly what is wrong.No can have more than four sides(4 vertexes) one or more has 5 sides you have find those and change the geometry of that part of the clothes mesh so that there only squares and triangles no pentagons as that is a N-gon.
