Metahuman animation question

Hey, I'm pretty new to UE5 and trying to make a short animation featuring a Metahuman. I'm kind of lost on how to animate it however. It seems to me like there are several options, but it's not clear to me which way I should go for my purpose.

The Metahumans are already rigged but this can only be animated with a Control Rig within UE?

If I wanted to animate in Blender, can I use the existing skeleton or would I need re re-rig in Blender, animate, and then bring that back to UE? And can I then use the Blender skeleton or do I still have to retarget?

If I use Mixamo animations, how do I adjust these?
