How do i fix this? The model I downloaded doesn't have the png file.

These are not all the files you need. You also need a texture.

How did you install the Asset? Maybe if you download and place the texture correctly it will pick it up. If not, then:
Utilities -> Material Editor (plugin must be activated) -> [Clothing] -> Diffuse texture

And I've noticed on your nodes that you're using the incorrect node for the normal map. You're using the Bump node when you should probably use the Normal Map node.

And don't forget to change the normal image texture from sRGB to non-color as well!
