Can't install blender 2.8 plugins

Postby Gos » Tue Nov 12, 2019 11:34 pm

After installing the plug ins into blender 2.8 it does not appear in the list of add-ons in blender. So i can not activate them.
I Tried Forked MHX2, upstream MHX2, Make target 2.
Also i tried installing the zip file, the PY files one by one and the PY files all together.
I have restarted blender after each approach but nothing.
All have the same problem so i must be doing something wrong.
Can somebody help me out please? I really want to import the skeleton of the character into blender.

I used this link - I think, because it was some months back when I set Blender and MHX up. But I believe it is the one I am using because it is in my Favs list!

First two tips are these: https://youtu.be/tAwfR-G813g and https://youtu.be/eEaVZVbTJOQ (maybe you dont need mhx2 to solve your needs)

Otherwise, well need to see the console output from blender to figure out what is wrong.

This is system console https://blender.stackexchange.com/quest ... em-console on windows.

On linux, you'd normally just open a terminal and run the command "blender" and see what text it prints in the terminal.

I assume you can do something like that on a mac too.

Maybe this helps? https://blender.stackexchange.com/quest ... -mac-os-10
