Probably I've missed the question? So I can only guess. As you pointed out the terminal is telling you the problem:
ubuntu bionic Release' does not have a Release file

There is no 11x build for bionic. You should either try this ppa: https://launchpad.net/~makehuman-offici ... -community or run from source...
