Port ManuelBastionLab features

Due to the strange sequence of events plugin for blender ManuleBastionLab is dead - it has similar gol to makehuman.
So I think that makehuman community should try port staff for it.
ManuleBastionLab has topologies, materials, targets for:
- Anime
- Anime Realistic
- Elf
- Dwarf

Also it topologies, materials, targets for standard humans was very good.
What do you think?

I don't know if it is strange. The two projects are similar because Manuel Bastioni started both. The lab was an experiment by Manuel, in part, to free him from what he considered the constraints of MakeHuman's design.

Although it is not impossible to consider incorporating ideas from that project into MakeHuman, the design differences make it more complicated than wishing it were so. As an open source project, we are always open to code contributions from individuals who would like to contribute code that adds functionality, but the current developers have full time jobs and are struggling to work on the projects already stared in a timely manner.
