make new base

Hello,
I loaded base file from maketarget folder in BL and tweak it. I do the same for caucasian_female_young.target because I want this file update.
Will this have an influence in MH ? Because Mh load 'base'.mhpxy is impossible to do for me...

In other world, if change the model from 'maketarget' folder in BL, may I change also the base model in MH ?
And how to do that ?

Finally I solve it by another way, too much complicated for nothing...
