To produce a body measurement matrix

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a solution to produce a body measurement matrix by MakeHuman tool.

Input is Height and Weight, based on fixed Male/Female, Age, Muscle, Proportions, and Asian.
Expected output is 4 measurement: Chest, Waist, Hips, Neck.

Height range is 140cm - 200cm, by each cm.
Weight range is 40kg - 110kg, by each kg.

Does anyone has similar request? How did you do?
