Help finding a good human generator addon for Blender.

I'm looking for really good, realistic, animation ready human models.

This client wants a plethera of avatars, each one, a completely different person with basically the same clothing. They want them all animated and are paying rather well so i thought: "maybe i can just pay for a tool".

But what tool should i go for? I heard a lot about Metahumans but can you import them to Blender? Heard about HumanGen addon but is it worth it?

2. still in development;
3. it is not suitable for animation.
