Saving model as mhx2 with python

Postby mlang » Tue Jul 11, 2017 9:43 am

Hello,

is there any way to export a model from MakeHuman as .mhx2-file with python? As a mhx2-file looks like json, it should be possible for sure, you just need to know how the mhx2 is generated

Maybe anybody already wrote a script for exporting mhx2-files in MH? ;)

I wrote it myself now using the code from https://bitbucket.org/Diffeomorphic/mhx2-makehuman-exchange/src/016613171fda2e8aaf550c23f133b7eb4d305be0/9_export_mhx2/?at=default. All needed was including the source-files, creating a config-file and calling mh2mhx2.exportMhx2(filename, cfg).
