This is a tiered skirt that was made using Blender's cloth sim. It will fit most female humans and even some males. The waistband may need slight adjusting on toddler, senior and/or plus-size humans. There is a Turtleneck Halter Top that goes with the skirt (http://www.makehumancommunity.org/clothes/turtleneck_halter_top.html). Both the skirt and top use the same diffuse texture. Six other colors are available in Materials.
