The race number belt is a special asset to fix the race number, when you doing a race. Normally the number is worn on the back, when you ride a bicycle. For running you will need another version, because it is worn on the front. The paper with the number itself is generated on a rigid group, so it is not distorted. Nevertheless it should work for male and female characters. Change number, event and personalization on the diffuse texture to whatever you need. The litsphere makes the normal map visible. The paper should look wrinkled, like in reality. In Blender, change the safety-pins to a silver-like material.
