This is a pair of very low poly shoes (556 vertices, 278 per shoe) that will fit a wide range of humans, but fit best on mostly female humans above age four. Of course, the shoes will need a subdivision surface of at least two (three or four is even better) and creasing on key edge loops -- as shown in the illustration.
