This leather corset is normally worn with a shirt beneath. Presenting it on a nude character is not really correct ... It is used for fashion scenes and symbolizes also an armor. The style can be used for gothic or steampunk characters. I used it with a modified version of the lace up shirt. No delete-groups are used. Make sure it has gloss in blender (set roughness of glossy shader to 0.1), so the leather will look natural. You can also add a metal shader to all parts made from metal (can be simply done by selecting the areas on the UV map). When you use big breasted characters the corset will deform unfortunately.
